Job Summary

A real estate platform has an open position for a Remote Real Estate Platform Customer Success Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Support Agents and Loan Officers in delivering outstanding customer service for buyers
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Tier 2 customer escalations from both Agents and Loan Officers
  • Partner with internal stakeholder team to ensure customer questions are resolved thoroughly and urgently

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3 years of experience in customer service and support
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve complex customer issues
  • Attention to detail in delivering best-in-class customer experiences
