Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Real Estate Platform Technical Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide excellent technical support as our clients utilize our real estate websites and CRM platform
- Ensure that our clients are successful using our software by providing the best education and support
- Troubleshoot technical issues in our platform and work with our developers to identify, document, and fix problems
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated excitement at the prospect of mastering a subject and working in it day to day
- Demonstrated hard worker with a proven track record of getting things done carefully and efficiently
- Demonstrated top notch writing skills
- 1 to 3+ years working in customer support or customer success
- Experience providing support in a SaaS environment
- Experience having worked in Basecamp, Help Scout, and a web-based CRM or similar programs
