Job Summary
A real estate company has a current position open for a Remote Real Estate Portfolio Management Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support Portfolio Management efforts for the company, and help implement company leadership’s strategic capital allocation vision
- Work with Director of Business Development to prioritize projects and activities across the company
- Provide analytical support for strategic business decisions including investment opportunities, operational savings, and capital expenditures
Qualifications for this position include:
- B.A. in Finance/Economics or BBA degree
- 3+ years of experience in real estate finance, asset management, investing, consulting or other related financial services field
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and operations
- Experience in real estate investment analysis and financial modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability in interpersonal and business communications
