Job Summary

An interior decorating company has an open position for a Remote Real Estate Project Manager.

Must be able to:

• Organize and manage 3D real estate projects, from gathering requirements to delivering final rendered assets and virtual tours
• Coordinate project submission and document ingestion with client
• Coordinate project hand-off to 3D vendor partner

Qualifications Include:

• Familiarity with architectural plans and specifications, and the ability to read such documents
• Ability to organize and manage multiple 3D projects simultaneously from inception to completion
• Experience liaising with clients, tracking and responding to feedback, and translating that feedback into action
• Ability to coordinate work with remote teams asynchronously, and in different time zones
• General experience rendering photo-realistic environments, experience using VRay is preferred
• General knowledge of Photoshop is preferred, in particular image retouching
