Job Summary

A real estate management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Properties Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Report weekly KPIs and progress on strategic initiatives to SFR3’s leadership
• Provide insights on the team’s performance to identify gaps and prioritize workflow improvements
• Manage utility transfer operations during tenant move-in/move-outs

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing projects/programs in fast-paced environments
• Excel/google sheets and data analysis proficiency
• Comfortable in rapidly changing environments, willingness to take on challenges
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time with competing priorities
• Ability to derive actionable insights from data
