An internet and eCommerce company is in need of a Remote Real Estate Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Successfully manage candidate sourcing and evaluation
- Manage the agent job requisition process and monitor for compliance
- Send out reports on the progress of assigned hiring requisitions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1 - 2 years of human resources, recruitment, or related experience
- Moderate Excel and data entry experience
- Proven success in an accountability-based culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements constant change
- Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications and applicant tracking systems
