Remote Real Estate Recruiting Director

Job Summary

A company that develops an online real estate platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Recruiting Director.

Must be able to:

• Partner closely with our most senior leaders within our revenue verticals
• Support the analysis and facilitation of leadership and cultural initiatives
• Work with senior business leaders and draw on multiple sources

Qualifications Include:

• Degree or
• Experience in organizational psychology, organizational development, talent management, HR, or related field or any additional certifications and/or training
• 10+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing)
• 5+ years of leading a recruiting team or similar experience
• Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments at scale
• Ability to deliver results while also crafting an environment for others to grow and be successful
