Job Summary

A real estate media and marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Research Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing data collection efforts within a defined territory
• Overseeing a team of research analysts responsible for collecting data from new home developments
• Managing processes to achieve 100% completion rates and timely data collection

Required Skills:

• Undergraduate degree in business, economics, planning or urban studies
• 3+ years of real estate and/or market research experience
• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, specifically new home development
• Highly proficient in Excel including data analysis, macros, and pivot tables
