Job Summary
A financial and banking institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Risk Senior Reviewer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage risks associated with the commercial real estate appraisal and evaluation process
- Conduct independent commercial real estate appraisal reviews
- Review of appraisal/evaluation reports
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years’ experience in fee appraisal and/or appraisal review positions
- Either maintain or be pursuing their (MAI) designation
- Must have strong market knowledge
- 5 years’ experience as a bank staff appraisal reviewer or diversified commercial appraisal experience
- Certified General Real Estate Appraiser or equivalent appraisal experience
- Thorough knowledge of real estate appraisal and valuations techniques
