A real estate company has a current position open for a Remote Real Estate Sales Account Executive.
Must be able to:
- Use multiple sourcing tools to effectively recruit agents and teams, optimize close rates
- Assist with preparing recruiting metrics, analyzing data
- Achieve personal and company-focused goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- +3 years of recruiting or sales experience in a hypergrowth organization
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Proficiency with a CRM system, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office suite or database and computer skills
- Ability to set schedules and independently meet established deadlines with close attention to detail
