Job Summary
A financial lending company has an open position for a Remote Real Estate Sales Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Maximizing conversion of the leads provided to you with diligent follow-up
- Educating potential customers on product and services
- Building a superb first impression experience while guiding them through their initial first steps in our real estate process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working with heavy lead volume or the lead on a high performing team
- Extreme focus on customer experience and satisfaction
- Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekend availability
- Ability to think critically and problem solve complex scenarios
- High degree of integrity and work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills
