Job Summary
A real estate and financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Sales Quality Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring adherence to established Quality standards for all sales content
- Monitoring calls and conduct audits as necessary
- Assisting with the updating of SOPs, work instructions, checklists and various other documents
Position Requirements Include:
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years call center, quality and auditing experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Must demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application
- 5 years Quality and auditing experience
