A real estate and financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Real Estate Sales Quality Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring adherence to established Quality standards for all sales content
Monitoring calls and conduct audits as necessary
Assisting with the updating of SOPs, work instructions, checklists and various other documents

Position Requirements Include:

College degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years call center, quality and auditing experience
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Must demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Office application
5 years Quality and auditing experience
