Job Summary
A real estate website has an open position for a Remote Real Estate Senior Program Design Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and manage mechanisms to keep stakeholders connected across lines of business
- Track and monitor progress across pilots and tests designed to drive volume and funnel improvement
- Identify and anticipate cross-functional dependencies and drive for better alignment across product launches and tests
Qualifications for this position include:
- Eager to learn, open to new and ambiguous challenges, a self-starter who is curious about the way organizations work
- Expert in navigating between the most detailed plans and higher-level strategy
- Experienced in bridging the gap between Agile and Waterfall project management methods
- Proven communication skills, both written and oral, with the superpower of communicating complicated concepts
- 5+ years of Program Management experience with focus on delivering for large cross-functional teams and projects
