Job Summary

A real estate and relocation services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Service Experience Senior Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the Level 1 Help Desk relationship working with our external service partner
  • Establishing and leading cross-functional teams to solve customer technology service issues and challenges
  • Creating and delivering the Customer Experience story' to our employees, leadership teams and customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow platform
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Customer Experience strategic leader supporting a customer base of >100k
  • Experience influencing senior management and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives
  • Applied knowledge of customer experience principles, approaches, and methodologies
  • Comfortable talking about technical matters with businesspeople and business matters with technical people
