Job Summary
A residential real estate investment company is filling a position for a Remote Real Estate Settlement Manager in Fairfax.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing contracts and settlement statements prior to closing to ensure accuracy
- Managing relationships with title companies and seek out new title companies to partner with
- Auditing settlements to ensure all processes and procedures are being followed (and develop those processes)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of management experience in the settlement/title industry
- Total of 5+ years in the real estate industry
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Have great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
