A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Real Estate Software Customer Solutions Analyst.

  • Accurately document all customer issues
  • Providing a high level of customer service

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience with the Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance procedures
  • Quick learner, eager to learn new technologies
  • Strong Problem Solving, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing skills
  • Comfortable with working in the Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Proficient in typing and math a must
  • 2 years of previous Customer Service experience
