A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Real Estate Software Customer Solutions Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assist customers with CDF/file balancing and reconciliation of trust accounts
- Accurately document all customer issues
- Providing a high level of customer service
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience with the Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance procedures
- Quick learner, eager to learn new technologies
- Strong Problem Solving, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing skills
- Comfortable with working in the Microsoft Windows operating system
- Proficient in typing and math a must
- 2 years of previous Customer Service experience
