A real estate software company has an open position for a Remote Real Estate Software Talent Sourcing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning and executing creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify and deliver diverse pools of talent
- Acting as a key recruiting partner in building and driving a pipeline of top candidates through multiple channels
- Build talent pipelines for our on-going, evergreen positions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team with a focus on high volume recruiting and pipeline management
- Customer service orientated and heavy emphasis in creating the best possible candidate experience
- Proven Boolean expert and high familiarity with recruiting platforms
- Strong decision-making skills and a positive attitude
- Clear, concise, and engaging written and verbal communicator
- High level of integrity
