Job Summary
A mortgage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Tech Senior Sales Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Quickly solving sales process pain points in the moment, while developing long-term solutions
- Identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization
- Working with Sales Managers to increase forecast accuracy and integrity of pipeline
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years in a sales operations capacity
- Project management experience
- Ability to move fast and juggle multiple projects
- Highly detail oriented with an ability to review data, catch and remedy data integrity issues
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-growth company
