Job Summary
A provider of title insurance and settlement services is filling a position for a Remote Real Estate Title Examiner.
Must be able to:
- Abstract and analyze records
- Perform title examination and examine the chain of title for a wide range of title orders, primarily residential
- Resolve most issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Be available to work during fulltime during business hours & attend full time training
- High School diploma or equivalent – 2+ years directly related experience
- Analytical review skills with research and investigative skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Standard MS skill set
