A real estate transaction company is seeking a Remote Real Estate Title Solutions Senior Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reporting and educating on quality issues of offshore team
- Training and assisting with documentation
- Improving clear to close production TAT and quality
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the title space
- Experience building high-volume workflows and processes
- Experience in a management role over closing operations
- Experience rapidly growing a team, hiring, learning, and partnership with a People Ops team
- Comfort managing fast-paced and flexible business objectives
