Job Summary
A financial technology company has a current position open for a Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Drive time-sensitive, detail-oriented tasks from executed contract to close
- Analyze contractual documents to ensure all compliance requirements are met
- Coordinate with agents, internal teams, lenders, and closing entities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator
- Residential real estate transaction experience
- Knowledge of real estate contracts
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects with many moving parts
