Job Summary

A transaction services company has a current position open for a Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator in Naples.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing all aspects of transactions/files from contract-to-close
• Exceeding service-level expectations and creating client loyalty
• Maintaining and updating system to provide real-time status on all transactions

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of successful Transaction Management experience in Real Estate supporting REALTOR(s)
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially strong in Excel), Dropbox, Gmail, Internet
• Proficiency with Florida Real Estate Contracts
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
