Job Summary

A commercial real estate services company has an open position for a Remote Real Estate Transaction Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering strategic transaction solutions for clients
  • Working with local brokers to oversee the end to end transaction process
  • Working with the Account Director to review critical dates

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 2 of experience in complex lease transactions for commercial real estate
  • Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or other relevant
  • Experience in lease negotiations, financial analysis and market comparisons
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
  • Excellent communicator; with customer service focus
  • Ability to think creatively, resolving complex transaction problems
