Job Summary
A residential and commercial services holding company is filling a position for a Remote Real Property Management Franchise Business Coach.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Acting as the communication and coordination hub between the home office and Franchisees
- Training franchisees on various topics and support them in understanding various financials tools
- Supporting between 20-40 franchisees
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Familiar with a variety of field operation's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and math skills
- Effective time management and multi-tasking
- Ability to self-manage and make independent decisions
