Job Summary

A multi-faceted business services provider is in need of a Remote Realtime Management Care Guide Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitors and resolves agent availability concerns
  • Reviews agent availability to ensure that client service agreements are met
  • Initiates and coordinates trouble tickets and escalate issues as required

Qualifications Include:
