Job Summary
A legal services company has a current position open for a Remote Record Intake Processor and Records Clerk in Mayfield.
Must be able to:
- Handlie incoming mail receipts as a result of record request
- Prepare outgoing requests for records and other correspondence
- Prepare documents for storage and/or destruction based on a pre-set schedule
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, MS Excel and internet research
- Working knowledge of business equipment, (i.e. fax, scanner, copier, etc.)
- Ability to comply with privacy and security policies and procedures
- Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
