Job Summary
A business solutions company is in need of a Remote Recording Support Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing triage and debugging customers cases
- Identifying root cause, and resolving application issues
- Minimizing R&D escalations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS/BA in technical or business field or equivalent work experience
- 7-10+ years of technical or customer service experience within the industry
- Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL
- Experience with database/SQL performance issues
- Experience with server performance and memory issues
- Experience with Networking and IP/SIP communication analysis
