Job Summary

A business solutions company is in need of a Remote Recording Support Team Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing triage and debugging customers cases
  • Identifying root cause, and resolving application issues
  • Minimizing R&D escalations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS/BA in technical or business field or equivalent work experience
  • 7-10+ years of technical or customer service experience within the industry
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL
  • Experience with database/SQL performance issues
  • Experience with server performance and memory issues
  • Experience with Networking and IP/SIP communication analysis
