A provider of investment solutions is in need of a Remote RecordKeeping Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a team of Senior Operations Associates and Operations Leads
- Managing external communication streams
- Creating and managing new and existing processes
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of prior experience in operations in the fintech or startup space
- Workflow implementation experience
- Tech-savvy; you can learn and use new systems and tools quickly
- Experience with project management software
- 3+ years of experience managing teams
