Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Records Transcript Processor in Salt Lake City.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Scan documents ensuring the best image possible
• Ensure student and document information is correct via an electronic image of the transcript
• Properly match documents to the correct student record and institution

Position Requirements Include:

• This will be a work from home position until further notice given the current circumstances
• Comply with FERPA Regulations (the Equivalent of HIPPA for education)
• Technologically savvy
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Exceptional email, grammar, and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
