Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and process payments for past due accounts through direct customer contact
• Assess consumer financial conditions and determine reasons for delinquency to find solutions
• Maintain customer accounts and ensure compliance with collection regulations and corporate policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Outgoing, assertive, and competitive personality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Capability to acquire strong negotiation skills
