Remote Recovery Specialist

Job Summary

Remote Recovery Specialist, responsible for negotiating and processing payments for past due accounts through customer contact, working remotely in a part-time or full-time capacity with hourly compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and process payments for delinquent accounts through direct customer communication
• Assess consumer financial conditions and determine solutions for delinquency
• Maintain and track customer accounts to ensure prompt payment recovery

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma; some college preferred
• Outgoing, assertive, competitive, and persuasive personality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Capable of acquiring negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document information accurately
