A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Recovery Specialist Associate in Louisville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Effectively supporting the Subrogation Recovery Operations team
• Identifying, reviewing, setting up or closing health insurance subrogation claims
• Managing high-volume intake calls and correspondence inventory effectively

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 2 years of experience in claims and/or customer service or data entry experience
• Or any combination of education which would provide an equivalent background
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to develop relationships with other business units and service partners
• Ability to adhere to company and department policies and procedures
• Excellent communications skills both oral and written
