A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Recovery Specialist Associate in Louisville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Effectively supporting the Subrogation Recovery Operations team
- Identifying, reviewing, setting up or closing health insurance subrogation claims
- Managing high-volume intake calls and correspondence inventory effectively
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2 years of experience in claims and/or customer service or data entry experience
- Or any combination of education which would provide an equivalent background
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to develop relationships with other business units and service partners
- Ability to adhere to company and department policies and procedures
- Excellent communications skills both oral and written
