Our Opportunity:
As an experienced Recruiter you will be a key contributor on our Talent Acquisition Team focusing on both salaried professional and hourly production roles. You will be one of the key players in continuing our pattern of success by finding and hiring the best talent as we expand our talent footprint and continue to drive a best-in-class candidate experience.
What You'll Do:
*Partner with HR Operations and hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent.
*Use market trends, insights, and competitive intel to create and execute effective strategies for current and future positions; not just where you're going to find these people, but why and how.
*Identify talent using job boards, social media sites, and more.
*Monitor and track job postings on our application tracking system.
*Review job applications and qualify for open jobs.
*Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements.
*Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular updates and communication.
*Execute a service focused candidate experience that facilitates a positive interview and onboarding process.
What You'll Need:
*3-5 years of experience recruiting with manufacturing organization
*Experience with applicant tracking systems
*Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills through phone, email, and in-person
*Strong organizational and time management skills to balance all responsibilities
*Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
