Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
• Understanding of human resources principles and recruitment best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
