Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Understanding of human resources principles and recruitment best practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
