Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive talent acquisition for revenue-generating roles and develop strategies in collaboration with business leaders
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience and evaluate applicants for fit while sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Develop and share best practices to improve recruitment processes and optimize workflows to reduce Time to Fill (TTF)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS B2B or fast-paced tech environment
• Proven success in recruiting for various revenue-generating roles, including Sales and Marketing
• Experience in startup environments or organizations in hyper-growth mode
• Expert knowledge and usage of the Greenhouse applicant tracking system
• Ability to manage requisitions across multiple departments and geographies simultaneously
