Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter II to manage the recruitment process remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for 50-70 requisitions, utilizing creative methods to identify and assess talent
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business goals and talent requirements
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 5 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience within the healthcare industry
  • Prior experience using productivity tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Thorough understanding of employment law and legal compliance issues
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
