Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter II to manage the recruitment process remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for 50-70 requisitions, utilizing creative methods to identify and assess talent
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business goals and talent requirements
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 5 or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience within the healthcare industry
- Prior experience using productivity tools and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Thorough understanding of employment law and legal compliance issues
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
