Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide updates
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain applicant tracking systems for accurate candidate pipeline management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
• Understanding of human resources principles and recruitment best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
