Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter II to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, interviews, and refers candidates to hiring managers
• Develops relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters while collaborating with HR and business partners
• Ensures compliance with legal aspects of recruiting and promotes the organization as an employer of choice

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Four (4) years or more of experience in a related area
• Experience in full cycle recruitment
• Ability to assess staffing needs and take appropriate actions
• Familiarity with recruitment methodologies and compliance regulations
