Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter II to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Sources, screens, interviews, and refers candidates to hiring managers
- Develops relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters while collaborating with HR and business partners
- Ensures compliance with legal aspects of recruiting and promotes the organization as an employer of choice
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Four (4) years or more of experience in a related area
- Experience in full cycle recruitment
- Ability to assess staffing needs and take appropriate actions
- Familiarity with recruitment methodologies and compliance regulations
