Job Summary
Remote Recruiter, responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting and supporting talent initiatives in a remote, full-time salaried position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Proactively source candidates and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a corporate recruiting environment
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern tools
- Experience recruiting across various functions, including corporate business and technology
- Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Dayforce or similar systems
