Job Summary

Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, the remote Recruiter will focus on sourcing and hiring for IT, risk management, and regulatory roles, collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective strategies and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Proactively source candidates using various platforms and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a corporate recruiting environment
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools
  • Experience recruiting across a range of functions, including corporate business and technology
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Dayforce or similar systems
