Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting for early-career cloud and technical roles, the fully remote Recruiter 3 will source candidates, manage candidate communication, and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for cloud, infrastructure, and platform engineering roles from sourcing to offer and close
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify specialized cloud and technical talent while maintaining candidate pipelines
• Coordinate candidate progression through interviews and offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with recruiting processes

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for cloud and technical roles
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments and supporting early-career hiring programs
• Strong ability to source and engage specialized cloud and technical talent, including passive candidates
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruiting documentation
