Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for early-career AI/ML and technical roles, the fully remote Recruiter 3 will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement throughout the hiring process on a contract basis with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for early-career AI/ML, data science, and technical roles from sourcing through offer and close
- Source and identify candidates using various channels while building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and manage candidate communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, particularly in technical roles
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and candidate assessment
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting and early-career hiring programs
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized technical positions
