Job Summary
To support high-volume recruiting initiatives, the fully remote Recruiter 3 will manage full-cycle recruiting for early-career security and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, on a 5-month contract with potential extensions.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for early-career security and technical roles from sourcing through offer and close
- Build and maintain pipelines of early-career security and technical talent, including interns and entry-level professionals
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for cybersecurity and related security-focused roles
- Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments and early-career hiring programs
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
