Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting for early-career corporate and sales roles, the fully remote Recruiter 3 will source candidates, manage candidate engagement, and support hiring initiatives on a contract basis with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer and close for early-career roles
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for corporate functions and commercial roles
  • Coordinate candidate progression through the recruiting lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and supporting high-volume hiring
  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions and early-career hiring programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnership experience with hiring managers
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
