Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for early-career corporate and sales roles, the fully remote Recruiter 3 will source candidates, manage candidate engagement, and collaborate with hiring managers while working on a 5-month contract with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer acceptance for corporate and sales positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines, particularly within Portuguese-speaking markets, while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions and early-career hiring programs
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong communication skills in both languages
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
