Job Summary

Responsible for recruiting field-level security roles, the remote Recruiter will manage requisitions within an ATS, screen and interview applicants, and collaborate with management to improve recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor requisitions and conduct screening and interviews of applicants
  • Utilize dashboards and resume searches to source candidates and assist with recruitment in challenging markets
  • Make recommendations for recruitment improvements based on analytical findings
Required qualifications
  • Associates Degree or 2 years of progressively responsible, related experience; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing recruiting strategies
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Self-directed with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
