Job Summary
Responsible for recruiting field-level security roles, the remote Recruiter will manage requisitions within an ATS, screen and interview applicants, and collaborate with management to improve recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor requisitions and conduct screening and interviews of applicants
- Utilize dashboards and resume searches to source candidates and assist with recruitment in challenging markets
- Make recommendations for recruitment improvements based on analytical findings
Required qualifications
- Associates Degree or 2 years of progressively responsible, related experience; equivalent experience may be considered
- Proven track record in designing and implementing recruiting strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Self-directed with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
