Job Summary
To support a growing software company, the part-time Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across technical and business roles
- Maintain clear communication with hiring teams and track recruiting metrics to provide regular updates to leadership
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Demonstrated success recruiting for technical positions such as Software Engineers and Product Managers
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and leadership
