Remote Recruiter

Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, the contract Remote Recruiter will lead recruitment efforts for mid to senior level hires while sourcing candidates and negotiating offers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts in partnership with executive leadership and Senior HRBPs
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and negotiate packages to close candidates
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies for future business needs and internal mobility

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of agency and internal recruitment experience
• Strong ethical standards and ability to build trust
• Experience with Taleo Enterprise Edition is a plus
• Proven ability to manage a best-in-class candidate experience
