Job Summary
To support a growing Talent team, the contract Remote Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across global teams, partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience during a busy hiring phase.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to senior roles across multiple regions, including the U.S., Canada, and Europe
- Engage with hiring managers to create targeted sourcing strategies and drive successful hires
- Coordinate the recruiting process to ensure a consistent and transparent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle global recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
- Proven track record of hiring for multiple departments at the mid-senior level
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruiting process
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools, with a data-driven approach to optimizing recruiting performance
