Job Summary

To deliver exceptional recruitment solutions, the full-time Remote Recruiter will identify, source, qualify, and place top talent in contract and direct-hire opportunities while partnering with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage recruiting workflows and source qualified candidates through various methods
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up throughout the hiring process
• Develop creative recruiting strategies in collaboration with account managers to meet client hiring needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• 1+ years of client engagement experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
